Keep track of who has paid their subscriptions dues and who is still to pay up. ClubTrack supports different types of subscriptions so we have you covered. Keep track of who is expiring soon so you can remind them for next time.
With ClubTrack, you can easily see who is outstanding on their subscription payments. You can also configure email notifications to send you a list of who is yet to pay up.
Attendance tracking
Easily take an attendance register at your events by visiting the ClubTrack website with your mobile. With this screen you can register attendees, search for individual people, or add a new person if they've come along for the first time.
You can also take the attendance register after the event has taken place, so don't worry if you don't get everyone's names.
Reporting
Generate attendance, event, and subscription reports in Microsoft Excel format so you can perform analysis on your fitness group outside of ClubTrack.

Classification
ClubTrack automatically classifies your members into categories like regular and lapsed, so you can easily engage lapsed members to encourage them to return.
Multiple Admins
Add multiple administrators to help lighten the load! ClubTrack allows you to invite multiple admins so you don't have to keep track of everything by yourself.
Scheduler
ClubTrack can automatically create events for you each week. All you have to do is configure the days on which you run, and we'll do the rest!
